Armaggeddon Molotov-5 Mobile Gaming Headphone
The Armaggeddon Molotov-5 is a great on-ear headphone with great value. Absolutely fantastic sound quality for the price and with great comfort levels, and comes packaged with a decently-built headphone shell.
The Molotov-5 is surprisingly comfortable actually. I mean, it’s not going to fit on all ears because it’s an on-ear design, and all of our ears are different to begin with. That said, for my ears personally (which are pretty big) it feels really nice. Right amount of foam with the appropriate thickness was used for the ear cups, and it just feels really comfortable.
I’ve been wearing it the entire time while typing this review too actually, and it didn’t bother me at all. On the box itself, there is no information about its weight. Though all I can say about the weight is that it’s very light, and does not fall out easily – except that the size adjustment mechanism. This is the only downfall the Molotov-5 has in terms of its comfort, as it will just slip sometimes because there’s no grip on the rails.
Speaking of falling off, the clamping force of this headphone is adequate and sufficiently strong enough to hold itself in place, while not causing any discomfort. You’ll have to take my word on this one, but so far there aren’t any sort of headphone that causes discomfort simply by wearing it, other than the Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum. That said, it’s really comfortable to wear even for an extended period of time.
