In the market these days, we have quite a lot of choices when it comes to SSDs. It’s a NAND flash-based SSD, and has a thickness of only 7mm, so you can use this on laptops too.
What differentiates the G300 from its competitors is the high-speed DDR3 cache, six-layer coating for PCB, and 4 power management chips.
Are you interested to get one yourself? It’s available in 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB variants actually. Here is the full list of specs for each G300 SSD variant.
By the way, there’s no official pricing or availability of the G300 SSD in Malaysia yet. However, the 120GB will be around RM178.23, 240GB at RM267.39, and the 480GB at RM567.19. To be honest, it’s really low priced.
Can it compete with the Transcend SSD370S that we reviewed here? We’ll see.
