Nothing Malaysia has announced the arrival of the ear (2) TWS that will definitely go in pair with the upcoming Nothing 2 smartphone expected for Q3.
Positioned to be the next generation premium class earbuds, the ear (2) features a large 11.6mm dynamic driver with a custom diaphragm that pushes out some high-quality audio because it also uses LDHC 5.0 codec capable of transmitting frequencies of up to 24bit/192KHz. Deep bass and clear highs are win-win thanks to the combination of polyurethane and graphene materials on top of the unique dual-champion design.
As for sound capturing, a set of tri-array microphones on each earbud making up to a total of 6 units and AI noise reduction will capture your voice crisp and clear while the ANC does the same but for your listening experience instead with dynamic Adaptive Mode tuning the levels according to the environment.
User customization and accessibility have also been improved as well such as the newly added Personal Sound Profile with a hearing ID that tunes a unique equalizer template to one’s ear canal, auto music replay after receiving a call, dual connection, and more – all available within the Nothing X companion app.
Battery life-wise, one full charge can deliver up to 36 hours of music playback, or with fast charge, there will be enough juice for 8 hours just from 10 minutes of charging. The charging case also supports 2.5W wireless charge and reverse charge too. Oh yes, it has an IP54 rating on the earbuds and IP55 for the case for extra peace of mind.
