realme Malaysia has officially launched a couple of new budget buys for the mass consumer who is running low on budget but needs a smartphone to live through the modern life.
First, we have the realme C51 smartphone, a super affordable device that houses the brand’s “Apple Dynamic Island” clone, the Mini Capsule virtual notch that transforms itself into various sizes to create a more interactive user experience.
The budget price point can be justified through the somewhat “low-powered” chipset and camera performance but they are not compromising the memory and capacity factor. Therefore, snap as many photos and clips or put music into it with ease.
Here’s a quick summary of the specs.
- 6.74-inch IPS LCD Display
- 720p Resolution
- Waterdrop Notch
- 90Hz Refresh Rate
- Unisoc Tiger T612 Chipset
- 8GB RAM
- 256GB Storage (Expandable up to 2TB)
- Dual Back Cameras
- Main: 50MP f/1.8 with PDAF
- Depth Sensor
- 5MP Selfie Camera
- 5,000mAh Battery
- 33W Fast Charge
- Mint Green, Carbon Black Colors
On the other hand, the Buds T300 aims to make the most out of its budget via a set of 12.4mm Titanium-coated Dynamic Bass Driver for richer bass and stronger audio output.
The 360° Spatial Audio makes supported content much more immersive through directional audio while the new 30dB ANC should make lives easier in noisy environments. The audio department deploys the quad-mic call noise cancellation for clear communications instead.
Bluetooth 5.3 powers the T300’s connectivity option while the battery life is rated at up to 40 hours (buds and case combined) while 10 minutes of charging nets about 7 hours of usage.
Also, it is nice to note that it is IP55 so feel free to use it during exercises or the daily chores.
Price and Availability
The realme C51 and Buds T3300 are priced at RM549 and RM199 respectively, and are available right now at the official Shopee and Lazada stores.
For a limited time from today until October 8, you can get the C51 at a lower price of RM529 instead.
