Dell Malaysia has announced the arrival of the new AI-powered headsets belonging to the 3000 and 5000 series for the local market.
Designed for professionals who prioritize convenience and absolutely clear communication, we’ll look at the 5000 series first starring the Pro Wireless ANC Headset (WL5024) and Pro Wired ANC Headset (WH5024).
Since they are labeled as “AI-powered headsets”, the microphones feature smart noise cancellation as expected that cuts away unwanted ambient sounds so the other side can listen to you clearly.
The same can be said with the output side provided by Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) so you can listen to the other side without distractions too.
Specifically for the WL5024, the ANC is of higher grade thanks to it being a Hybrid ANC employing both feed-forward and feed-back signals to provide a broader range of noise cancellation. It can quickly connect to any host device via the Dell Pair software too.
Additionally, it can smartly mute the microphone when a user takes off the WL5024 headset thanks to the built-in sensor while the discreet boom microphone can answer calls and mute through the flip-down/flip-up motion.
Moreover, these headsets are certified for compatibility with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other UC platforms, streamlining deployment for businesses. The battery life offers up to 78 hours on a single charge, with a rapid 15-minute charge providing approximately 8 hours of use.
Moving on to the Dell WL3024 series, which includes the wireless WL3024 and wired WH3024 models, these offer a more budget-friendly option with fewer advanced features.
