No matter if you are seeking a new monitor for work or gaming, Acer Malaysia got you covered with the release of several new models in the base family alongside the budget-friendly gaming series Nitro.
First, we have something special, the PM161Q B which is a portable display that you can bring anywhere thanks to the ultra-thin form factor and weight. The 1080p screen runs an IPS panel for a great 170-degree viewing angle, perfect for either multi-screen setup or screen-sharing with other individuals.
Connection? Just a single USB-C cable will do the trick as it can provide both data and power transmission. And not just laptops, it can be hooked up to smartphones and consoles as long as they support the display output mode.
And all you need is RM459 to bring one home.
Meanwhile, the SA2 series is the “decent for everything” desktop monitor for offices and homes. The large screen size, ultra-thin profile, and ZeroFrame design provide a clean design and sharp visuals without killing your wallet as you’ll be surprised by the price point.
They also come with Acer VisionCare which reduces eye strain and comfort enhancement across the board while the small tilt angle can bring a more pleasant viewing experience.
The lineup starts from RM629 and comprises the following launch models:
- SA322QK – 31.5-inch VA + 4K + 60Hz
- SA272U – 27-inch IPS + WQHD + 100Hz
- SA322QU A / SA322Q A – 31.5-inch IPS + WQHD/FHD + 75Hz
Lastly, the Nitro gaming family receives the new VG272K V3 and VG272U W2.
The VG272K V3 is a 4K model delivering 160Hz refresh rate upwards of 4K resolution together with 0.4ms GtG response time and 95% DCI-P3 color gamut while the VG272U W2 aims for WQHD resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 0.4ms GtG response time and 99% sRGB color gamut.
Both of them are blessed with Acer BlueLightShield Pro for reduced blue light to ease eye strain at any given moment.
They will be starting from RM1,199.
