Huawei Technologies Malaysia announced today that the company will now offer a trade-in service for your old devices for a new one. The service existed in Malaysia before, but Huawei is the first one to offer it to be done online via their own online retail portal, vmall.my.
According to Huawei, the old handsets will be processed depending on their condition to ensure proper management of electronic waste.
By using online service, Huawei want to advocate consumers to be more environmental-conscious, the hassle-free and convenient trade-in process also doubles as a move that promises great end user benefits. Once users have registered for a trade-in, service supplier will pick up the device from their doorstep and provide them with an e-voucher that can be used to make purchases on Vmall from the comfort of their own home
