Google+ app for Android just got updated with quite a handful of changes and additions, including sharing to communities and a new stream design.
The new face lift is a minor one but useful and beautiful as a single link sharing post now taking nearly the entire screen of the Nexus 4. The comments at the bottom of the post even carousels from one to another so you can read the comments while you scroll through.
There’s also a minor look change at the comments menu, nothing major since it’s more beautiful now.
