It’s a perfect day for those who play games at 21:9 aspect ratios. Personally, I’m an avid fan of 21:9 single-monitor setups instead of having two separate 16:9 monitors. Just the appeal of it feels a lot different to me, I suppose. Just when I thought monitors can’t get any better, ASUS announces the ASUS ROG Swift PG348Q – a 31-inch 1440p 100Hz with G-Sync monitor with 21:9 resolution.
Anyway, here are a few takeaway points for the PG348Q:
- 34-inch Ultra-Wide QHD (3440 x 1440) curved G-SYNC monitor with a 21:9 aspect ratio for panoramic gaming
- 2016 CES Innovation Award-winning frameless monitor with the new Armor Titanium and Plasma Copper color scheme, and built-in LED effects
- Swift PG348Q is the latest monitor in the ROG Swift line-up, with ASUS looking to strengthen its leading position in the gaming monitor market
It’s priced at RM5,999 with a 3-year local warranty, and it’s available now too. Looks absolutely stunning by the way.
Anyway, here’s the full spec list of the PG348Q.
