I’m pretty sure there are many of us who are bored by the idea of laptops that are black in color only. Seriously, I would like some colors someday, too. That’s where AVITA laptops come in. Owned by a company called Nexstgo, AVITA laptops are aimed towards more lifestyle-oriented colors and designs. They even debuted their new LIBER lineup of laptops.
The AVITA LIBER series of laptops are designed with a few things in mind – they’re equipped with a lightweight, sleek casing with 5mm at its thinner point. The AVITA LIBER series of laptop comes in either 13.3-inch or 14-inch screen sizes, both with 1080p screens. With that said, AVITA claims that the LIBER series of laptops have a 10-hour battery life.
They’re also equipped with USB-C port that supports quick charge and display connectivity, and 2 more USB 3.0 ports for your usual peripherals. Other than that, there’s Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11ac WiFi chip equipped too.
Perhaps the most interesting selling point is the fact that AVITA LIBER laptops come in multiple different colors. It ranges from bold and vibrant shades such as purple, ruby, blue, orange, to the ever-classical metallic colors. More and more colors will come to the market in the coming months.
Another interesting feature about the AVITA LIBER series of laptops is the ability to customize your very own flavor of AVITA LIBER laptop. What if you want a certain color with a certain texture on it, and together with a specific list of hardware? You can actually do it with AVITA’s customization tool. According to Alex Chung, the Chief Executive Officer of Nexstgo Company Ltd., the customization tool is expected to launch some time in April. It is also expected that your order will take 2 weeks from the moment you complete the order until it arrives to your doorstep. Pretty quick, if you ask me.
AVITA LIBER retails from RM1,799 to RM4,399 and will be available exclusively at Notebook Pro in Digital Mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor starting from 10 February 2018. The AVITA LIBER range will also be sold at the AVITA Pop-up Store in Low Yat Plaza, Kuala Lumpur on 10 and 11 February 2018. More store openings are expected in March 2018. Further news and updates can be found on AVITA’s official website and Facebook page.
There will also be a Crazy Sale launch promotion on 10th February 2018 at Low Yat Plaza and Digital Mall. First 50 customers can purchase AVITA 13.3-inch Pentium 4GB RAM 128GB SSD laptop at only RM688. Its original price is RM2,299.
