We are all aware of how much the Internet loves cats, as every Saturday is also declared as Caturday – a day where you post pictures of cats online for lulz.

Scribblenauts – an amazing sandbox game is also known for its manifestation of Internet memes – especially cats. It’s no surprise that in the game, you can call upon the great Longcat (a meme from long ago, pun intended), Monoral Cat (where cats look like monorails when sleeping on beams), the famous Nyan Cat and even Keyboard Cat – though sadly there are no songs.

Now, the rightful creators of Keyboard Cat and Nyan Cat meme are suing the game’s creator, 5th Cell, and its publisher Warner Brothers, for including the animated versions of the cats in multiple variants of the Scribblenauts game.

IGN stated that the Charles Schmidt, creator of Keyboard Cat meme, and Orlando Torres, creator of Nyan Cat meme, have their copyrights registered in the year 2010, whereas Scribblenauts got itself first released in year 2009, so the lawsuits might be in trouble.

Stay tuned for more updates on this interesting lawsuit!
