If you’re cool like me and just like to snap a picture to show it off to your friends, you rock. Copying the relevant “#”, and adding them to your Instagram pictures either to win, gain or impress a crowd. Need I say more? Okay, that’s a lot of “#” in one paragraph so I will stop now.
As a final word of advice, please don’t put too much “#” into one picture. It literally gets annoying after awhile. I have no qualms about advertising yourself through your own pictures, but camwhoring to the ends of the world will probably get you more haters in a day compared to a following in a week.
This works just like how Twitter is able to get the trending tweets and hashtags within Twitter itself (I don’t say!), but this is the first time I’m seeing this function for Instagramers.
Until next time, #tag yourself away.
