The device can monitor user heart rate, activity, and stress, and comes with preloaded activity profiles for training. Meanwhile Instinct Tactical comes with Tactical-specific features including stealth mode, Jumpmaster, waypoint projection, and dual-position GPS formatting.
Battery wise 14 hours are up there for smartwatch and GPS mode while battery saving mode will give a whopping 35 hours. The tactical model will have a slightly larger battery that has 2 hours more in general than the standard Instinct model.
