Warranties are always a messy situation. We only utilize our warranties if something goes wrong – but we truly hope that nothing happens. Warranty policies are also kind of a headache as it involves legal paperwork and terms & conditions. To help alleviate some of those pains, ASUS is now offering something called Perfect Warranty.
The rule is simple – there is a list of laptops ranging from ASUS, VivoBook, ZenBook, and ROG laptops that are eligible for Perfect Warranty.
That list of laptops will be able to enjoy the ASUS Perfect Warranty service. It is a one-time only service durng the firstt year of the laptop’s manufacturer warranty. Within the Perfect Warratny T&C, ASUS shall bear 80% of the total repair cost for spill damage, electrical surge damage or drop and accidental breakage. Customer shall only bear the remaining 20% of the total cost and full labor fee.
