Today, Philips has announced a new series of Android TV under the 6915 lineup with a budget price tag, suitable for those looking to polish up their living room without breaking the bank.
Just like any Android TV, the native Google Play Store will allow you to either get your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix or load them directly off Google Movies or Games if you have an existing library there. Feeling tired from an all-day work or just simply lazy? Just speak to Google Assistant to have it start up everything for you.
Speaker-wise, the configuration is certified with Dolby Digital Plus that automatically adjust applicable sound signals to include spatial effects and becoming directional. What’s more, the DTS HD audio codec will ensure you get the most out of your multimedia content.
Pricing and Models
The Philips PHT6915 comes in 2 flavors – 32-inch for RM1,049 and 43-inch for RM1,749. Surprisingly enough, they will not be launched on the usual Lazada or Shopee platforms first but instead the following ones.
