With Grand Theft Auto Online, Rockstar Games is looking to bring the heart of the Grand Theft Auto experience to a living online world with multiple players. Just what you choose to do in that world, is up to you. The game combines a consistent and continuingly expanding world, full of personalities.
Rockstar Games has finally unveiled the online multiplayer for Grand Theft Auto V, featuring a persistent open world experience for player. Although it’s available free as a part of Grand Theft Auto V the multiplayer. But is being treated as a separate game and it will be available two weeks after the main game is released.
In the trailer, it shows a lot of the team-based gunfights that you’d expect. Players will now go on missions to rob banks, steal cargo planes and will be able to earn money in the game to buy new weapons, clothes, and vehicles together. All of these achievements will be separated from any progress in the single player mode.
The really mind-blowing part is that players can create their own multiplayer activities by using feature ‘content creator’ mode, which lets us design racetracks by selecting checkpoints or multiplayer arenas that we see and also crafting a team deathmatch by placing weapons.
Players can customize their character’s appearance as in GTA IV. Rockstar takes this personalization a few steps further with GTA V. Players can now upgrade their characters’ stats, own custom vehicles, and purchase property. They’ll earn reputation and cash through missions and other activities to facilitate their rise through the criminal world.

Grand Theft Auto V will be released on September 17 on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, while Grand Theft Auto Online will be launching on October 1. Despite rumours there is still no official confirmation of PC or next gen versions.
