Maxis has just signed a strategic partnership with Malaysia Airports to take digital transformation to the next level. CEO of both Malaysia Airports and Maxis are confident that they are able to create new business and economic opportunities through this collaboration by strengthening the technology foundation to serve a smarter and more convenient experience for its visitors and employees.
On the other hand, airport retailers will be able to tap into the resources such as data and traffic analytics to tackle customer behavior for a greater marketing and sales effectiveness lift. Therefore, Maxis and Malaysia Airports will be jointly developing the Smart Retail and Smart Travel And Tourism solutions that include things like “Tourist Hub” for centralized travel guides, promotions, offers, and more to push the tourism experience in Malaysia that was so well known to a higher standard.
Good things and all but please, at least a super-wide coverage and decent speed so anyone can at least Youtube at essentially any spot within the airport.
