Maybank has officially launched the new Maybank2u Biz app that is designed for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME).
The app is pretty simple; With the increased demand in computerized transactions and everything digitalized, Maybank2u Biz aims to simplify the process of banking requirements while providing practical tools to help with user’s other non-banking requirements in one go to ease up the burden of business operations.
For starters, the new “Maker-Checker” authorization process has been simplified for quicker approvals without compromising on transparency whereby up to 10 transactions can be approved at once within an extended 1-week period. Business owners can also utilize the new “Invoice” feature to create, issue, and track invoices that can start through ready-to-use templates and further be customized to suit the desired information columns by both parties. Once issued through supported communication channels such as email and messaging apps, all invoices can be tracked through the dashboard of the Maybank2u Biz app.
On top of all of these, the app still supports the core functions of the standard Maybank2u platform such as a full overview of all associated Maybank accounts and key financial data in the form of summarized information, instant access to cash flow records in CSV format, and more. And all of these can be yours just by simply downloading the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. New users can also sign up through the app and make a single visit to a nearby Maybank branch to activate and enjoy the online banking and management experience.
