Samsung Malaysia has pushed a new update towards the Galaxy Watch4 series to allow users to take the customization game to a new high. Let’s take a look at what these things are.
As a simple start, 4 new faces consisting of Info Brick, Basic Dashboard, Weather Center, and Live Wallpaper have been added with the 1st one being customizable to display your fitness statistics such as heart rate, stress, and daily activity or gain access quick info such as current time and weather and more. Or, you just want to be edgy and have moving wallpaper!
Other than that, you can now mix and match up to 4 complications at once onto the Animals watch face to give you reminders, messages, step count, battery life, and more, and now it even supports GIFs so you can grab a quick look at your little pets smiling at you! Wholesome 100.
Like the more cartoonish animations? Then you’ll definitely like the update to the Steps Challenge now featuring colorful progress bars to track every step of your competition.
Additionally, the new gesture controls let you do more using simple hand movements such as a “knock, knock” motion to do something like open certain apps, open a list of workouts, turn on a light or create new reminders. Or, you can stick with the moving forearms up and down or rotate your wrist twice to receive/reject calls.
Lastly, the new Fall Detection algorithm has been improved by adding the ability to adjust the sensitivity of detecting falls even during standby motions and the Galaxy Watch4 series can now deliver SOS messages to up to 4 emergency contacts in case one of them isn’t available at the critical moment.
