As our life continues, technology continues to engulf the way we work and the way we live. We now work from within our home and we’ll definitely need a laptop and we can also bring them out to other places when the situation calls for it.
But buying a laptop in 2022 can still be tough for some people so Notebook Plaza is here to offer something interesting by the brand of AVITA that covers both the low-end and mid-tier spectrum in the laptop market.
ESSENTIAL 14
Starting off the list of AVITA laptops is the ESSENTIAL 14 in either White or Black color, a very basic laptop that costs very little that is suitable to be used by the younger ones due to the wide adoption of online learning across the world as learning from school are practically not enough these days.
As such, parents will be surprised to hear that all of these can be done just by costing them RM1,359 to get their child a head start in discovering the world of vast knowledge. And when we said this is a machine designed for learning and not for any other reason, it definitely is thanks to the low powered Intel®️ Celeron®️ N4020 CPU and just 4GB of RAM and if you think that would make the entire user experience laggy, fear not as the 128GB SSD will keep things snappy and responsive. If you don’t mind, it can also serve as a wonderful budget device for documenting and administration work!
Optionally, if you feel like a HD screen is too outdated for you and wants a better display, just by topping up RM30 to RM1,389, you get the same device basically but with an upgraded FHD panel in which the more resolution there is, the more screen estate you get and you can get things done faster by having more open windows at one time. Neat – and I personally recommend this too!
And there are 2 colors to choose from as well, being Black and Grey.
LIBER V14
While the ESSENTIAL series is the cornerstone of budget and provides access to literal essential Windows services, the LIBER V14 is sticking to the traditional formula of a modern clamshell laptop that is both lightweight and portable with adequate computing prowess.
It utilizes the Intel®️ Core™️ i7-10510U CPU that provides a great on-the-go experience with 8GB of RAM and a large SSD at 1TB to host all your media files and documents with ease while the screen hosts an FHD IPS panel with Anti-Glare capability to keep those pesky reflections out of your way. With all being said, this machine can be yours at just RM2,929 in colors of Blue, Black Grey.
Or, if you don’t need that much performance, there is a budget option too – it uses an Intel®️ Core™️ i5-1135G7 CPU which is popular due to its low power consumption with decent performance (especially the Iris®️ Xe®️ integrated graphics), the same 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD storage. Combining all of this, the price is at RM2,499 – a near RM500 difference against the higher-spec brethren.
As part of their 11th Anniversary IT Fair promotion, Notebook Plaza will also throw in a freebie set consisting of the Logitech M170 Wireless Mouse in Grey Black, Salpido B101 Bass + Wireless Headphone, and an M200R 64GB USB Thumbdrive by HIKVISION that is worth RM129 for any single purchase of the AVITA laptops we just talked about. Be sure to move quickly as there are only 50 units of the freebie set so don’t miss out on it!
