HP has grandly launched the opening of the HP Experience Hub or the X-Hub, the very first in the South East Asia region, in our country’s capital – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Created to provide a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) retail experience which is still an uncommon business model in Malaysia, the X-Hub combines the flagship physical store appearance with an omnichannel commerce journey to make a hyper-personal hands-on time for any customer who wishes to pay a visit. As the last 2 years saw a dramatic shift in consumer behavior in which the digital and physical worlds are more tightly connected with each other, HP’s innovative take on the X-Hub will be able to tailor towards each and every customer’s personal engagement and preference both online and offline.
Located over at Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Level 4), Kuala Lumpur, the Experience Hub will be the one place that unites all 82 online stores spread across Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore, with Thailand and Vietnam to follow in March. Created in partnership with Malaysia’s largest tech retailer ThunderMatch Technology, fellow Malaysians will be the ones who get to personally engage with HP Live Advisors, a team of dedicated experts based at the X-Hub, via real-time video calls and chat functions in their preferred local language and join live streams on the latest HP products via the HP Virtual Showroom.
