With Earth Day landing this Friday, Lazada is expanding its effort in working towards a sustainable future by combining forces with its merchants.
Through the movement, an initial plastic waste reduction targeted toward products and packaging will be engaged first by working with LazMall brands partners to offer eco-friendly products that are accessible and identifiable. As such, around 70 brands and more than 5,000 items across fashion and FMCG products are guaranteed to be shipped with reduced or better plastics.
As for the buyers which is probably you and me, the special buying period for this campaign will be this Friday and Saturday and you can find participating sellers and brands by clicking this link who are complying with the rules and procedures given for this particular Earth Day specials.
Less packaging is always good for everyone as I don’t want to have a bunch of irrelevant packaging hogging my trash can any time of the day.
