Recently, we were approached by Samsung to share our experience buying a smartphone via Lazada – and we did. The smartphone in question is the new Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, which is exclusively available on Lazada.
We definitely want to highlight the entire online purchase experience, so here is our shopping experience, from the beginning until the end.
There are a few things that you need to take note of. One particularly important feature that Lazada has is the denotation of “LazMall” in the product listing and also the seller of that particular item.
For our case here, the Galaxy M33 5G is listed under LazMall and the seller is directly from Samsung’s official LazMall store. Essentially, LazMall guarantees authenticity and quick delivery, while providing a 15-day return policy too. This surely puts my mind at ease while shopping online.
After a few days, the package arrived and the package is sealed up securely, while the phone is also snugly packed inside the box. There are sealed air cushions and the entire phone box is wrapped with bubble wrap too.
