OPPO is inviting expert software engineers and creative coders to join the latest OPPOHack 2022 campaign.
Initiated in partnership with hackathon-expert HackHub, the hackathon event will be focusing on exploring emerging techs like Enhanced Visualization, Efficient Computation, and Unhindered Cross-device Connection and the creative applications.
Participants will be exposed to ColorOS 12, and be given a chance to demonstrate their talent by using the aforementioned techs to tackle current and future problems that humanity will face. OPPO’s signature OS will be the playground for fellow coders and engineers to come up with something and be proposed to the OPPO Research Institute Innovation Accelerator for review and potential grant for further research.
And as one of the people joining the hackathon, the hybrid mode will make sure every participant can be involved in it relatively easily because throughout the month of June to August, there will be a series of tech garages to equip everyone with concepts and skills to get you started. In short, even beginners are welcome to take part in this.
As for the pros that managed to head into the final round, a package of developer resources and tools will be provided by OPPO while tech experts, individuals, and leaders will come to aid for additional support. It is really a once-in-a-lifetime chance to work with them.
As for the rewards, the total prize pool is placed at USD40,000 and the winning projects, as mentioned, will be invested and funded to continue development into practical solutions for the world.
