BYzhl5zCQAAayaCI’m pretty sure everyone of us reading this have used something that we know as Google Maps. The first ever world map application that was released to the world, to be precise.

Google acquired Waze not long ago, and now Google has already integrated Waze features seamlessly into Google Maps. Surely this is an amazing feat to be pulled out by Google – getting best of both worlds, namely simplicity and also informative. The best feature however is that Google brought the live accident reports from Waze into Maps too, which is Waze’s most amazing feature ever.

Since Google also had their not-so-amazing live traffic feed that is similar to Waze, Google sought ways to integrate the ways of Waze to improve their live traffic feed. Seriously, Google needs to fix their live feed on traffic especially during weird times like 3.30pm jams in the evening.

wazeAs of now, this feature is added into Google applications of 46 countries gradually – meaning if you’re not getting it now, be patient. It’s coming soon enough. Maybe in Malaysia, Google might want to add “natural disaster live report” too, like “flood near Bukit Jalil Stadium” or just plain “flooded SMART tunnel”. That’ll be really useful for sure!
