Xcode 14 Optimizations

Global weather data with WeatherKit
To provide an easy way for developers to grab any weather forecast numbers, the new WeatherKit basically is a native Swift and REST API equipped middle layer that churns out data regarding current weather, 10-day or daily hourly forecasts, and historical weather. A monthly 500,000 API calls are included with each Apple Developer Program membership each month. Additionally, quotas can be acquired through higher tiers of service starting this fall.
