Devialet has just launched its first-ever portable smart speaker: the Mania, which sports a luxurious aesthetic and brilliant stereos.
Featuring 170mm in height and weighing only 2.3kg and packed with ASC that employs four microphones and inbuilt intelligence capabilities, the Mania boasts a large 360° sound experience in a small, portable form.
On top of that, it is outfitted with four full-range drivers and two SAM-powered sub-woofers in a push-push configuration to offer strong stereo sound at frequencies ranging from 30Hz to 20,000 Hz.
Devialet also claims that Mania is currently the only one on the portable speaker market to provide both stereo rendering and real-time acoustic mapping, which works in conjunction with its echo cancellation and cross-stereo architecture.
What’s more, the speaker boasts an IPX4 water-resist rating as well as 10 hours of battery at moderate volume, along with dual streaming capabilities (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth 5.0), Spotify Connect, and Airplay 2, which can be run on DOS2 via Devialet App.
Pricing and Availability
Malaysians can now pre-order the Devialet Mania Black/Grey edition at a price of RM4,490, and the Paris Opéra edition (docking station included) at RM5,490 through Atlas Sound & Vision’s official website.
And in case you would like to acquire the docking station, it is also available separately for RM449.
