The Vivobook series of laptops by ASUS are generally targeted toward mainstream users for its great feature sets at accessible prices and the good news for this year is the brand is going to improve everything it has to offer.
With all sorts of models getting released and refresh as time goes by, let’s start off with the representative of the family and perhaps the one that is the most “inaccessible” because it is priced at the highest for the creators – the Vivobook Pro 16X OLED.
According to the official info at CES 2023, it is expected to be fitted with the latest chips from Intel and NVIDIA for the CPU and GPU department where the latter will have the MUX switch for instant switching between the integrated graphics and the actual discreet powerhouse.
10 more Watts have been given for the power budget to allow more performance in general and an extra Thunderbolt 4 is added for a more high-speed daisy-chaining fiesta – the best news for fellow creators running expensive gadgets and equipment.
Let’s go through its spec sheet to see what’s inside.
