Since the phone practically runs the same hardware under the hood, you can click here to check on the spec sheets and whatnot. We’ll focus on the design this time around.

Designed in collaboration with BMW Designworks, the signature aesthetics combined with Infinix’s strive for raw processing power first captures the spirit of speed together with class and affordability.

The backside has an exclusive Wings of Speed design implemented via advanced UV transfer printing that makes it smooth, and streamlined, yet durable against daily contact and skin scrubbing.

Meanwhile, the silver color has a light yet noticeable sheen complemented by the tri-color symbols near the camera lens. The package is further customized with special UI elements and exclusive wallpapers for the full “sports car smartphone” experience inside and out.

Price and Availability

Infinix NOTE 40 Series 5G Racing Edition Launch (4)

Same as the initial launch, local buyers will be able to get the NOTE 40 Pro version at RM1,098 which comes with 8GB+256GB capacity while the standard model goes for RM1,299 but comes with 12GB+512GB memory config instead.

No, your eyes are not playing games with you.

Yes a bit funny that the base model has more memory capacity than the Pro but I guess they want more people to have fun and pay less for storage that they don’t really use. I get the point but we’ll see if the market welcomes such a “reverse tactic”.

In any case, have fun copping one for yourself over at the official online platforms of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
