OPPO Malaysia’s latest event has launched the new Reno12 series of smartphones containing the base version and the Pro version.
Packing a unique backside they called ‘Futuristic Fluid Design’ as well as a ‘High Strength Alloy Framework’, these AI Phones from OPPO are built to look good and tough at the same time.
Although they don’t really carry a super strong performance or anything, it is created with efficiency in mind thanks to the SoC. And if you wondering whether you should pick up the base or Pro version, the difference lies within the camera section.
If you’re not too picky with your photos and such, then perhaps the base version is good enough for you. Or if you really fancy that telephoto lens, then consider shelling out a bit more.
Other than that, the rest of the specs are exactly the same. And I am glad that the Pro version this time around is really a ‘Pro’ version in terms of getting light upgrades and not in a different tier/league like some “Ultra” phones.
Anyway, here’s a simple summary of the specs.
