Acer Malaysia has officially launched the Swift 14 AI laptop for the local market, tailored to those seeking small form factor yet powerful and portable machines in 2024.
Running the latest Intel Core Ultra series processors in the tiering of “7” or “5” depending on the SKU, the Swift 14 AI is Intel Evo certified to provide superior battery life of up to 17 hours of continuous usage.
At just 9.7 mm thick and 1.3 kg, the sleek aluminum chassis houses a vivid 14-inch OLED WUXGA display with a full 100% DCI-P3 color gamut perfect for any use case.
Starting this year, Acer’s been busy incorporating as many AI-driven features into their laptops, and with the Swift series, you can find the touchpad now providing visual feedback on AI-enabled functions including automatic eye contact correction, background noise reduction, voice clarity enhancement, and more – all accessible through the Acer QuickPanel for quick adjustments. Oh, they also added User Sensing 2.0 which locks/unlocks the machine based on the user’s presence.
Don’t forget the Copilot+ Live Caption offered by Microsoft themselves which translates up to 40 languages into English in real-time, broadening collaboration opportunities for users working with diverse teams.
On the other hand, you can press the AcerSense key to launch the monitoring dashboard for various performance metrics, battery checkups, and settings customization. When paired with an external monitor, the Multi-Screen Assistance feature boosts focus by moving the cursor or active window to the display where the user’s gaze is directed.
It also includes Smart Reminders for breaks and optimal screen distance, ensuring both efficiency and wellness.

In celebration of the launch, Acer is offering a special promotion from October 29 to November 12, 2024. Customers purchasing the Swift 14 AI during this period will receive a free pair of Sony WF-C510 Truly Wireless Headphones, valued at RM299, while supplies last.
