Nothing has announced its AI-powered hub Essential Space has pushed out something new to the Phone (3a) series of smartphones.
The new feature is called Camera Capture, which allows the press of the Essential Key to quickly capture something with the rear camera in addition to adding notes or press + hold for voice input.
Through this, it will be easier for users to differentiate the many photos sitting inside the Gallery app via photo-based reminders saved in Essential Space.
Nothing also teased upcoming features like Smart Collections, Focused Search, and Flip to Record, which are scheduled to roll out in the coming months. Also, don’t forget to update to OS 3.1 for general camera improvements and AOD.
The series includes a base model and a Pro variant, with the most notable difference found in the camera setup. The Pro model is equipped with a powerful periscope telephoto lens that supports extensive zoom capabilities, featuring a unique prism and horizontally stacked lens design. Additionally, the Pro offers a superior front camera compared to the standard version.
This distinction also results in a different rear design, especially around the camera placement and bump. Other than that, both models share the same display, processor, charging standards, and other core specifications.
Therefore, if photo and video quality is a priority for you, the Pro model is the better choice. Otherwise, the base model will meet your everyday needs just fine.
