Want something that is light and powerful at the same time? Acer got you covered with the latest release of the Swift series offerings.
First off, the Swift Edge AI and Swift Go AI series have been refreshed with the latest performance-packed yet efficiently utilized Intel Core Ultra 200V processor for AI-supercharged productivity.
So, let’s start with the Swift Edge 14 AI. This thing is ridiculously light at just under 1kg, yet it hosts a stunning 14-inch 3K OLED display, full DCI-P3 color coverage, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, so visuals are crisp, vivid, and cinema-grade.
Oh, it even has Corning Gorilla Glass Matte Pro for absolute protection and anti-glare properties.
Inside, it’s rocking up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 288V, along with Intel Arc graphics for things like visual upscaling and faster AI content generation. Plus, you get up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, a 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and up to 21 hours of battery life.
And Acer didn’t skimp on the design either. The laptop has a sleek magnesium-aluminum chassis, a cool dual-arrow pattern, and a velvet-like UV-coated keyboard that resists stains and wear. You’re also covered on ports with dual Thunderbolt 4 and USB Type-A, and it meets MIL-STD 810H durability standards, so it’s built to handle real-world use.
On the other hand, the Swift Go AI series with 14-inch and 16-inch models is fairly standard since this is just a refresh rather than a remake – New Intel Core Ultra chip, up to 32GB RAM, and 2TB SSD plus 16 hours of battery life.
Both Swift Go models feature OLED displays as well, with the 16-inch going up to WUXGA+ (2048×1280) and the 14-inch at WUXGA (1920×1200). You’ll also get VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and Eyesafe 2.0 so your eyes don’t get wrecked during long sessions.
Another neat addition is the new Acer Multi-Control Touchpad, which lets you handle media and conference controls like play/pause and screen sharing directly from the touchpad. And Acer’s MyKey software lets you launch grouped apps with a single click.
For video calls, all the new Swift AI laptops come with 1080p FHD IR webcams and Acer User Sensing tech, so they can lock when you step away and wake up when you return. PurifiedVoice 2.0 and a triple-mic array help cut out background noise on calls, and there’s DTS:X Ultra audio for a more immersive sound experience.
Alternatively, if you want some muscle for the real workloads and don’t really mind about the “size and weight”, check out the Swift X 14 and the Swift X 14 AI aimed at creatives and professionals.
Powered by an Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processor (AMD Ryzen AI 300 for AI model), it can handle intense tasks like rendering and real-time visualization right on the device, thanks to the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU.
What’s good is that these laptops are NVIDIA Studio-validated, meaning they come pre-loaded with optimized Studio Drivers and support for DLSS 4 and NVIDIA NIM Microservices, so you’re set up right out of the box.
Aesthetically and visually, they’ve got 14.5-inch Calman-verified 3K OLED touch displays with full DCI-P3 color gamut support and VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500, so expect true-to-life visuals. The panels are edge-to-edge, touch-enabled, and protected by smudge-resistant Gorilla Glass – perfect for both animation and photo/video editing.
And perhaps consider skipping the mouse because both models also have extra-large haptic touchpads, support for MPP 2.5 tilt-enabled styluses, and a lay-flat hinge design to make collaboration or sketching easier.
Acer also outfitted them with advanced cooling tech – two fans, dual copper heat pipes, and an air-inlet keyboard – to keep things running smoothly under pressure.
On the video call and connectivity front, they’re packing 1080p IR webcams with Windows Hello facial recognition, Acer’s User Sensing tech to auto-lock and wake the screen, triple mics with PurifiedVoice 2.0, Wi-Fi 6E, and a wide selection of ports.
And in line with Acer’s sustainability push, all Swift models here use recycled materials, ship in 100% recycled packaging, and are EPEAT Gold registered.
