vivo Malaysia has just opened entries for the vivo X300 Ultra Youth Creator Awards, a nationwide short-form video competition designed to encourage storytelling through smartphone photography and videography.
Open to Malaysians aged 17 to 28, the competition runs from June 8 to July 15, 2026, and invites participants to submit original short-form videos under one of three themes: Everyday Life, Explore The World, or Pet Diaries. The submission phase takes place from June 8 to June 21, after which five finalists will be selected and given a vivo X300 Ultra to create a new video for the final round.
Supporting the campaign are the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE, two smartphones designed with content creation in mind. The flagship X300 Ultra features ZEISS imaging technology, a 200MP telephoto camera with gimbal-level stabilization, 4K 120fps video recording, 10-bit Log support, and a dedicated Pro Video Mode aimed at creators who want greater control over their footage.
Meanwhile, the more accessible X300 FE focuses on everyday content creation with features such as a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, AI Stage Mode, and Dual-View Stage Video. It also supports the vivo ZEISS 200mm Telephoto Extender Gen 2 for users looking to capture subjects from greater distances.

- Everyday Life – Meaningful, relatable, or visually interesting moments from daily life, campus life, friendships, routines, or personal experiences
- Explore The World – Travel stories, city discoveries, outdoor moments, cultural experiences, or hidden perspectives from the world around you
- Pet Diaries – Showcase the personality, movement, emotions, or everyday adventures of pets through creative short-form storytelling
- Post submissions on TikTok/Instagram/Xiaohongshu/Facebook, tag vivo Malaysia, and include the hashtags #vivoX300Ultra #ZEISSCinematics #BornToCreate #X300UltraCreator
