Forget boring glass side panels and standard RGB strips; the brand-new MEG Vision X2 AI+ is designed to turn your gaming desktop from a passive machine into an active, interactive roommate.
Announced fresh out of Taipei, this enthusiast-tier gaming desktop brings “Agentic AI” straight to your desk via a built-in cylindrical display interface right on the chassis.
Meet Your New Desktop Pet: The AI Holostage
The absolute head-turner of the MEG Vision X2 AI+ is the AI Holostage. Integrated seamlessly into the front/side corner of the case, this cylindrical display is designed to give digital avatars, desktop pets, and AI companions a physical, tangible form.
Instead of an AI just being a voice or a flat window on your monitor, the Holostage essentially physicalizes it. It also opens the door for custom third-party AI avatars, meaning your favorite digital companions can literally live inside your PC case.
Hands-Free Control with LuckyClaw
Out of the box, the system comes pre-configured with LuckyClaw, MSI’s native agentic AI companion, who takes up residence inside the Holostage.
LuckyClaw isn’t just there for looks—it uses natural speech commands to handle your system’s heavy lifting hands-free. You can tell it to:
- Tweak Performance: Swap out your system’s performance profiles on the fly.
- Adjust Displays: Change your MSI monitor settings without opening menus.
- Set the Mood: Control and adjust your RGB lighting setups through voice.
MSI also notes that LuckyClaw will receive future skill updates, meaning your companion’s capabilities will continuously grow and expand over time.
Flagship Performance
Because this falls under MSI’s top-tier MEG (MSI Enthusiast Gaming) series, the company isn’t skimping on hardware. While exact CPU and GPU model variants haven’t been broken down line-by-line yet, the desktop promises next-generation AI interaction paired with MSI’s most powerful, high-performance gaming internals.
The vision here is a premium machine that doesn’t just run heavy AAA titles, but actively responds, adapts, and engages with the user.
