For those that dare dream and always wanted to have that budget iPhone – well, according to Apple Insider Apple has finally heard your voices and bringing out a one for you. Rejoice, as dreams are meant to come true.
With the number of mid-range smart phones beaming into the market at the moment, it was only a matter of time before Apple catches up on the idea and joined the band wagon. The primary goal for them of course is to remain competitive in the mobile market. The cool side effect is the happiness for every apple head out there.
So how budget is “budget”?
According to sources, this new budget iPhone will cost half the price of a standard iPhone 5 to date and will be made out of “super-thin plastic casing mixed with glass fiber.” The other goodie that fingers all around the world will be crossed about is how it will also feature a 5-inch display just like its big brother and contain some design elements from the latest iPod touch and even the legacy iPod classic with a flat back made of plastic.
With the drawback being its hardware spec (which sadly Apple is being tight-lipped as always), these budget iPhone will counter that weakness of colour options by providing a range of colour for consumers to pick from (Nokia Lumia anybody?).
Opinion is still out on these budget iPhone, but with more good news than bad at the moment, chances are the verdict is tilting towards Apple’s favor. Stay tuned for more updates.
