When you think ASUS ROG is done with the Batman collab, the second wave is coming in soon and their latest partner is Activision Blizzard’s Diablo Immortal.
Although the looting and RNG-heavy nature of the title focused on the mobile market has gathered many controversies in terms of how big the sunk-cost fallacy could bring to a player, at least it doesn’t stop them from partnering up with the “gamer eye” ROG for a unique one-off device in the form of the ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition.
The main highlight of the smartphone is none other than the designs in and out from the unique back design of the nightmarish demons and monsters covered in accents of red and black while the custom Aura RGB illuminated logo now sports the title of the game.
A custom skin has also been applied by default containing exclusive themed live wallpapers, icon styles, animations, and sound effects so you can dwell within the hellish world both within and outside the game.
Several accessories have also come custom-made that are created based on the legendary items in-game such as Shield Blessing Aero Case and a map of Sanctuary alongside an Immortality Ejector Pin matching the game logo as well.
Hardware-wise, there are no changes at all so just for a quick refresh, it runs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC alongside 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM to power any mobile games with ease while the AirTrigger 6 provides a unique gaming experience without the use of actual physical buttons.
Availability
The ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition will be arriving in Malaysia soon so the release date and price are to be announced.
