realme Malaysia has officially launched the GT3 smartphone for the local market that promises to spend as little time as possible sitting near a charging brick.
The GT3 sports a rather “familiar” back camera module but it is only half of the story (literally) because on the right side, there’s this new LED strip that can be configured to blink in different colors/profiles/frequencies according to the event you’ve set – calls, messages, charging levels, and more.
Exclusive to the Racing Purple color, there are a couple of reflective stripes on the back while the Pulse White doesn’t have them for a cleaner look.
Now for the core selling point – the 240W charging. According to official tests, it can go from zero to full at around the 10-minute mark and even if you’re gaming while plugging in, 17 minutes is all you need.
Forgot to charge it? Juice it for 30 seconds and enjoy 2 hours of call with ease.
Screen-wise, since they are kind of dedicating the phone towards “gamers” therefore it is a 144Hz panel rather than the standard 120Hz which will be nice for everyone and not just gamers in general.
