The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 – their all new flagship device with the S Pen that is much desired by all productivity users who like to scribble using their hands after taking screenshots or pictures to make short notes – was announced a week ago.
The Note 5’s S Pen did take a great change in its ejection/storage mechanism, and everyone was pretty neutral about it. Until this happened.
The Note 5’s S Pen was reported that if you insert it backward, it will break the pen detection mechanism, or get stuck forever. Watch the video here.
This is a design flaw that even Samsung knows, and has highlighted this in the official manual itself.
But they didn’t even take any redesigning steps necessary to fix this at all.
Why Hotel California? I quote the lyrics, with a little bit of modification.
“You can check-out (inserting the S Pen this way) any time you like,
But you can never leave (this state of sadness)!”Eagles – Hotel California
