Here’s the most recent announcement for laptops. GTX 10-series of GPUs are coming to laptops. Yes – you heard that right. Pascal GPUs on a laptop. They have arrived officially for two days now actually.
The naming scheme for its mobile-specific counterparts are a little confusing. Last time, there’s an “M” to denote that it’s mobile version, but this time around that “M” is gone. The mobile GTX1080 has the same name as its desktop counterpart.
Manufacturers are quick to jump on board too, with big brands like MSI, ASUS, Lenovo, HP, Acer, and Razer unleashing new models of their laptops that uses the GTX 10-series GPUs.
ASUS is even quicker – bringing in their latest ROG G752V into the market. Its specs are commendable, and the price is even more commendable. Just a heads up though, the ROG G752V has a similar build to its predecessor which we reviewed here. We loved that design a lot, so it’s no surprised if ASUS is using that same design again. Anyway, the specs of the brand new ROG G752 is as below.
