We’ve had the Logitech G gaming line of products for quite some time already. Those are the Logitech G G900, G633, G810, etc. Now, it’s time for Logitech G to have a specialized line of gaming products – and they’re calling it the Logitech G Prodigy. It’s a brand new family of gaming products!

There are current two mice, a keyboard, and a headphone announced alongside with the launch of the Logitech G Prodigy series of products. In many ways, these products look like it’s a toned-down version of its higher-end siblings. This is shown prominently with the Logitech G G900, G633, G810.

Here’s a quick rundown on the products!

Logitech G G213 Prodigy RGB Gaming Keyboard

Priced at RM349, this is a full-sized keyboard with RGB lighting and even has dedicated media control keys too. It has a spill-proof design (tested with 60ml of liquid) and integrated palm rest for comfort in extended hours of usage.

As for the key switches, Logitech claims that “each key is tuned to enhance the tactile experience, delivering ultra-quick, responsive feedback that is up to four times faster than standard keyboards”, and it has anti-ghosting matrix too.

The G231 Prodigy gaming headset is a USB-powered headset with a boom microphone with cardioid pickup pattern, and has a ~32 Ohms impedance. Also, it’s backed up with a 2-year limited hardware warranty!

G403 Prodigy Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse

As the wired one costs RM329 whereas the wireless one costs RM479, they both have 10g removable weight. Just a single piece though. However, the mouse looks really sleek, in my opinion.

Both of these mice have RGB lighting too, and with PMW3366 sensor. That said, the wireless version comes equipped with the same technology as the Logitech G G900 Chaos Spectrum (which I really like), so you NEVER have to worry about its wireless performance at all.
