Here today we have yet another Samsung Onyx cinema now available in Klang Valley. This is the first ever MBO cinema with Samsung Onyx hall. Currently, there are already 3 Samsung Onyx cinema halls in Klang Valley.
The marvel of Samsung Onyx cinemas is difficult to explain in words. This explainer video highlights the distinct differences between the Onyx and conventional cinema halls.
In short, Samsung’s prestigious OLED technology is at use here. By creating a big OLED screen, it brings all of the benefits of OLED displays into a cinema hall. The contrast is virtually infinite since the blacks on screen are truly black.
With such a high contrast means that the colors are much more vibrant as well. It pops and from here, you can tell that the color accuracy pops out. Not only that, the Samsung Onyx screen displays at 4K resolution with support for High Dynamic Range (HDR) movies.
To complement the audio, Samsung is using Harman’s JBL Surround Sound System in the cinema hall. Samsung promises that each row will experience a clear and balanced sound for the perfect movie experience.
