Cyberview, the guys who are responsible for the success of Cyberjaya, organized Robo Race 2015.
The Robo Race 2015 event is in collaboration with Terato Tech to raise give makers a space to showcase their abilities and also to show off a little. Who doesn’t like to show off their skills, especially when it comes to cool kick-ass robotics?
This year, Robo Race 2015 kicked up a notch by having two different categories – first one which is for those Under 16, and another Open category. Both were obviously well-received!
Personally as an engineering student in MMU Cyberjaya, I’m glad to see this happening. Firstly, Cyberjaya is quite a silent place if you ask me, and believe me – going there during MMU’s semester breaks feel like a ghost town. It’s amazing to see that youngsters these days have a huge exposure and influence, then guided by the internet alone, to venture into engineering fields, be it mechanical, electronics, electrical, or a combination of different aspects. The world needs engineers!
