We’ve talked about the Surface Pro 4 in the past, and also explains why it’s such a great device on its own. Right here we take a look at the brand new Surface Pro 4 in the metal (instead of in the flesh obviously)!
Welcome the Microsoft Surface Pro 4! I absolutely love the new design, and heck, it’s amazing to see that Microsoft has improved the Surface Pro 4 by a few milestones. Of course, I managed to play with one today and I absolutely enjoyed every single bit of it.
Firstly, it’s a brand new Surface Pen! The whole thing has a bar of magnet right now, and it sticks either sides of the Surface Pro 4, and it’s strong enough so that even if you swing the device, the pen will not come off.
The Surface Pen now also has a new tip – actually two tips to be exact. The writing tip is now made out of what I presume is a rubberized material, as it does give off some friction while writing on it.
Also, the brand new Type Cover!
All of the features from the previous Type Cover is retained, but improved drastically in terms of the typing experience and how the keys are laid out. They’re spaced out like an island-style laptop keyboard, and it feels absolutely amazing to type on.
Fact : I typed while standing at an awkward position, then took a test on 10 Fast Fingers and scored 98 words per minute outright. Commendable keyboard right here!
