This is the first ever smartphone that costs only RM1,349 and have a 5.5-inch screen with 2K resolution jammed in there. Seriously, this phone with a 5.5-inch screen has way more pixels than my ultrawide monitor that I use for my desktop.
The entire phone with the amazing 2K screen is powered by the MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) chipset, which has a 64-bit 2.2GHz octa-core processor and GX6650 graphics. ELEPhone claims that it matches the Snapdragon 810, but I guess anything that doesn’t burn itself to death is better than the Snapdragon 810 already.
That said, the ELEPhone Vowney also comes with a humongous 4,000mAh battery and a touch fingerprint sensor – much better than what Samsung and Apple has to offer as of today.
Let’s not forget about the camera here.
It features a 21MP rear-facing camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, and a huge 8MP front-facing camera too.
