Samsung’s very own Exynos page on Twitter announced that the Exynos Octa 5 does support LTE of all frequencies.
However, due to the supply shortages of the dual-quad processor, Samsung resorts in using the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor to compensate back. Samsung also reported that the Exynos 5 Octa will only be mass-produced in Q2 of 2013, so expect the Qualcomm variant to take up a significant percentage of the entire market – with a large 70% of the first 10 million Galaxy S IV to be running on Qualcomm’s quad-core.
There are still no pricing of both the variants at the moment.
