JOI has been a brand that is in the Malaysian market for quite some years. In recent years, they’ve shifted their focus into creating some affordable products that will elevate your education experience. There is a multitude of products for both the teacher and the student, so let us go one by one here. For more information about JOI, click here.
JOI Smartboard
From the days of blackboards to whiteboards, we now have the JOI Smartboard. This is a touch-enabled LCD display and of course, it is interactive. That means you can dynamically develop, present, and share your education materials in real-time.
The entire JOI Smartboard is powered by Intel Core Processors and that in a way, makes the experience enjoyable for visual collaboration and interactivity between the teacher and the student.
In a way, using an electronic smartboard is much more environmentally friendly and cleaner for the students too. There is no ink flying around the classroom and definitely no chalk dust floating in the air and choking the everyone in the room.
JOI Desktop
Creating the contents to be displayed in the JOI Smartboard can be a little taxing in terms of performance. Thatis why the JOI Desktop is here to serve as the content creation machine.
This desktop is powered by up to an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8400, 8GB RAM with 128GB of Intel’s SSD, and also 1TB HDD. To top it all off, there’s also an NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB of VRAM.
It’s a pretty powerful machine and you can get lots of things done – like writing papers or creating classroom lessons from beginning till the end. Maybe even create videos to show your students.
JOI NUC
For those who want a smaller-sized machine with plenty of horsepowers, then the JOI NUC should be on your radar. Measures at only 4×4-inches, this mini PC can be your entertainment machine, your productivity companion, or your gaming knight.
