Let’s take a look at PCs these days.
Of course, if your PC is somewhat slow, then swap out the guts. Just open up the monitor stand and you have access to “PC” itself.
The overall look and feel of the OptiPlex 7070 Ultra is pretty much similar to an AIO, but comes with the upgradability of a desktop. It’s definitely flexible as you can mix and match your PC specs and your monitor to whatever flavor you like best.
Here are a few more feature highlights about the new Dell OptiPlex 7070 Ultra:
- Has physical security options designed to protect against tampering
- Compatible with height-adjustable stand, fixed stand, VESA mount, Dell Single Monitor Arm (MSA20) and Dell Dual Monitor Arm (MDA20)
- Available in specs up to Intel Core vPro i7, 64GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD and 2TB HDD
If you are planning to hook up a few displays, then keep this in mind – the Dell OptiPlex 7070 Ultra hooks up to those displays via USB-C cable. All power, data, video, and audio are transmitted via this single cable.
I honestly am impressed by this new way of thinking. AIOs are sleek but its upgradability is solved by just moving the PC part from the AIO and into the stand itself. By doing this, the display and the PC can breathe better too.
The Dell OptiPlex 7070 Ultra available soon. Pricing is also to be announced soon.
