TikTok has announced they are taking the next step to let Malaysian creators take part in spreading knowledge through the #GuruGotTalent challenge.
By creating educational and informative videos from now until November 15, stand a chance to win up to M30,000 worth of prizes that can be done in just 3 steps.
- Upload original knowledge or facts videos on topics of their choice with hashtag #GuruGotTalent and #TikTokGuru in their videos
- The video has to cover at least one of the following categories
- General knowledge
- Technology (gadget reviews, tutorials, and hacks)
- Professional knowledge (fitness and health, food and beverage, sports, travel, business, beauty, and more)
- Culture and handicraft
- Motivational stories
- Design
- Lifehacks
- All content must be a minimum of 10 seconds long, and it is recommended to have a text feature (captions) with the creator explaining the information
40 lucky creators will be walking away with various degrees of prizes from consolation tier moving upwards to bronze, silver, and finally gold.
- Gold Medalist: RM5,000 (2 winners)
- Silver Medalist: RM3,000 for each winner (3 winners)
- Bronze Medalist: RM1,000 for each winner (5 winners)
- Consolation: RM200 e-voucher (30 winners)
