For starters, the CMF Watch 3 Pro packs a sleek metal body, soft silicone straps, and a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with slim bezels and Always-On Display support. Offering over 120 customizable watch faces, the smartwatch also boasts IP68 water/dust resistance and delivers up to 13 days of battery life (4.5 days with AOD).
On top of that, it brings an improved dual-band five-system GPS for faster, more accurate tracking and 131 sports modes supported by a personalized running coach. Plus, its upgraded four-channel heart rate sensor ensures precise readings across all workouts, while Active Score provides an easy snapshot of weekly effort.
AI-powered summaries also offer insights on recovery, training load, and endurance, with auto-detection for seven core activities so every session counts.
Like many smartwatches today, the CMF Watch 3 Pro includes advanced health tracking tools like blood oxygen monitoring (SpO₂), stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, hydration and inactivity reminders, and women’s health support.
In addition, the smartwatch integrates ChatGPT for voice prompts, reminders, and quick answers, while a voice recorder with auto-transcription and personalized news. It also supports Bluetooth calling, gesture shortcuts, and quick replies, with an extra microphone for clearer calls.
